The auction team at O’Donnellan & Joyce, 5 Mary Street, Galway have been busy this week adding the finishing touches to their nationwide property auction which takes place tomorrow, Friday, at 12 noon in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, when 38 properties go under the auction hammer.

O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers, Ireland’s largest independent auction house, hosted its first live property auction following the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions on Friday last, July 3. The auction was set to take place behind closed doors with phone, internet, and proxy bidders initially invited to participate; however the plans changed and the live auction went ahead thanks to the accelerated Government roadmap which allowed for a large public gathering to take place while adhering to social distancing measures.

Today (Thursday) will see the auction team in DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard hold the last of the winter auction series in the Galmont Hotel, Lough Atalia, at 3pm. Auction registration will be open from 2pm and the auction will commence at 3pm sharp.
